I have done ALL the diets- Jenny Craig, WW, starved myself but by far this has been the best diet I have ever done. why? the weight melts off (keeps me motivated), I felt great with so much energy, and never felt I was missing anything because I didn't want more than I could eat. I would recommend this to anyone who has struggled with slower diet results. Im down 16 pounds in about 10 days.. it works!
